We arrived from out of town and had previously called earlier in the day to confirm a room for the night, stating that we would reach the hotel by 11:00 PM. Despite confirming the room via phone registration, when we arrived for check-in, the manager casually and rudely informed us that all rooms were occupied. While we understand if there were no available rooms, the manager's discourteous behavior was unwarranted. We kindly request improved service and a more respectful attitude. We are urging the management to address this issue and ensure proper behavior. Thank you.

We are came here from out of the town and we earlier on that day called him that we need room for a night and will reach hotel by 11:00PM and confirmed a room via call registration but when we go for check in, he just carelessly and harshly said there were no rooms, all were filled. No problem that we had any rooms there but that manager just spoke to us ignorably without any reason. So please give us a good service and don't be rude. And we are requesting the management to change or tell them to behave properly. Thank you

“Receptionist behaviour is rude and rooms are not clean” I booked 5 rooms 3 months before through Agoda. During checkin, they gave us a shocking news that they will allocate a room in an alternative bad rating property without our permission due to lot of crowd during long weekend to earn more money. I objected it. Then after talking to another person, I got the rooms in Raja palace. Out of 5 booked rooms, two rooms were not having western toilet. They changed it after long argument with the receptionist. Not clean rooms and stinking toilets. Not again. The receptionist doesn’t know proper Hindi or English. He keeps on arguing and arrogant. Don’t stay here.

Really had a nice time in hotel raja palace. The rooms are simple and neat also near to the beach at walkable distance. Hot water was available for us all day. Value for money. …

They have ample amount of parking space available. Service from the staff is commendable. Bathrooms were maintained Ok however the bed and bedsheets are not good and they are stinking..Furniture was old. Windows wee not cleaned since ages. Advise to book an AC room if you are coming from a cool place..humidity is very high and it's not easy for the kids.

Average quality hotel. Near to temples. No cupboards, no cloth hangers, only small shelf no intercom as was mentioned in voucher. Safe and secure. Neat and clean above average
